I know several people have reported long delays in hearing back from Customer Care (when using this form:https://www.alaskaair.com/feedback/general-comments) and that the turnaround time is now quoted as being up to 30 days. I'm still waiting to hear back about something I submitted on December 21st, and I'm curious what data points others might have to offer on extended reply times.
