Other negatives about KE:
IMO KE (female) FAs tend to be too deferential/subservient and they giggle. They fawn over male business passengers; women customers can get less attentive service.
KE cabins are too hot for some.
FAs serve very small amounts of wine at a time.
Some aircraft are 2-3-2 in business class and some don't have fully flat beds, just seats that really recline a lot (A380 IIRC).
KE saves the best (business class) seats for their own elites; be prepared to be moved by KE to the worst seat in the cabin if the flight is full.
