THIS. Your only possibility for seeing an FCM offer is to look at your ticket via the DL app or Delta.com. Your KLM confirmation number is from Amadeus and is different from your DL Confirmation number. But at delta.com, you can choose to find your reservation by ticket number. Enter your KLM ticket number which will start with 074. Once you are in your booking, you will be able to see the Delta confirmation number and if there are any FCM offers.
