Let me add a few personal experiences with gotogate, aka Mytrip (admittedly, it has nothing to do with TK): 2 times (this year and last year) MyTrip has requested (without notice or my consent) the airline to refund tickets that I had agreed with the airline would be on hold/kept as open ticket for later rebooking following invol. schedule changes or cancellation. Imagine my surprise when calling the airline requesting an (invol) rebooking of the ticket and then to be told that Mytrip requested refund, i.e. the coupon status of the ticket is no longer "open" and the ticket can't be rebooked/used anymore. Needless to state that I have seen no correspdonding refunds from Mytrip to my credit card.
