The AA lounge at CDG reopened last Monday. Noticed on oneworld lounge finder that it was no longer marked as temporarily closed and it was indeed open when I flew from there on Thursday.
Full buffet selection available at breakfast time.
Just to add to this - the CDG AA lounge is only open until 3pm at present, and there are very limited facilities airside with most shops and outlets in 2A and 2C also shut when I was there on Tuesday. No alternative lounges available.
