Every Andaz I’ve been to had had a Nespresso machine in the room. Most also have kettles.
It seems that you’re not a tea or coffee drinker. Most Western European and North American guests would expect a coffee maker (or at the very minimum a kettle) just like they’d expect shampoo, soap, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, etc. They’re just basic amenities in a hotel.
