Hope I have placed this in the right area of the forum - apologies if not!

Flying my first time to the states this weekend I was wondering if Delta offers cash upgrades like KLM does at check in? Tried googling but could not find any direct answer to my question.
My current class is Premium Select & Comfort+ on domestic legs, with fare A on all legs.

Tickets are booked through KLM, all legs are Delta. It is an international flight + domestic connecting. I am a Plat AMEX holder, if that helps anything?

edit: with 'cash' upgrade I mean that you can pay via card at check in online for the upgrade!
