here). Looks like it was open to all (not just elites) on Tuesdays and had a selected, but unlimited, menu of drinks. I also remember seeing a post about it being suspended due to covid and not just discontinued for other reasons, but can't find that one right now.
Maybe someone who's there now could inquire about it?
The manager said last week, for covid reason (cost cutting...) there is no more saber champagne at "The Whale bar" and no more Tuesday drink.
There also zero live music or anything lively unfortunately...
These thing happend in Le Meridien (with Saxophone live, DJ playing on sunset, Maldivians dancer + one afternoon drink for Elites with many employee of the resort (you can inquire about diving, restaurant, activities..)
