I was told maximum of two flight credits per ticket can be used or up to eight trip credits can be used, but cannot use both types on one ticket.
If more than one pax, can use flight credits (as long as in each pax name) or trip credits (as long as in each pax name), but not both, and cannot mix (e.g., one pax with flight credit or cash and one with trip credit or cash).
