Sapphire Reserve cardholder. So back in December I had canceled my Dashpass renewal, to make sure I wasn't charged. When I open the app today, I get a message that my Dashpass is automatically extended thru 2024, no action needed. Going to the Dashpass page, it shows:
✔ Active
Chase Sapphire Reserve subscription
Enrollment date 7/21/20
Expiration date 1/31/22

Payment Details
Your complimentary DashPass is valid through January 31,2022.
So that's pretty confusing.
