Well, the voucher showed up, but a couple of weird things: First, in Manage My Account / My Statement, I don't see any new transactions posted since 1/22. And the "BA VISA AVIOS" miles that have posted do not add up to 30K. So I suspect this was Chase telling BA that I had earned the voucher; not BA adding up the miles and deciding. Not sure why Chase updated BA on 1/30. The purchase that put me over 30K was on 12/23. My statements are issued on the 9th of the month.

Second, the voucher issue date is "30 Jan 2022", expiry date "30 Jan 2024". Nice that the issue date is not back dated to 2021

Anyways, it looks like trying to figure out when vouchers are issued might be futile
