My point has been that no hotel is going to be perfect. And each person will have their minimum requirements. So if in room tea/coffee is that bare minimum, then they should obviously choose another hotel.
And how would one know that in order to choose another hotel ??? There sure didn't communicate anywhere on the website. You are kept saying the exact thing about if you don't like it then choose another hotel, however this is an amenity practically everyone would expect in ANY hotel room, more so especially Thompson even charge a destination fee
