Sorry, thought your main argument was that walking to DD was a hike, which is why I said the Starbucks was across the street. I didn’t realize that your requirement was having coffee at 5am. 6am is pretty early for most people.
Taking a step back, we should crunch the numbers of the percentage of hotel guests that require 24x7 coffee and do not want to step out of the hotel to walk a block and half. For all the days in the year that the temperatures are in the 20s.
