Also, they are doing some road repairs on the ground level. Every time a car drives on the large metal plate used to cover some hole, I would jump due to the horrible noise.
What is the storage (closet/shelving) situation like?
Assuming 1507 is on the 15th floor... that's quite bad if noise from cars driving over metal plating can be heard inside the room.
