I ended up staying here for a night last week.
The property seemed busy - too busy for the number of staff they had at the check in desks. The staff were pretty efficient and clearly doing their best to get people checked in as quickly as possible, but two front desk staff trying to check everyone in plus handle check outs plus answering the phone lines meant a ~30 minute wait to check in at ~3pm.
The rooms are pretty basic and in need of a refresh. Furniture is heavily scratched, lots of scuff marks on walls, stains on carpets, etc but they were generally clean.
The lounge has great views from the outdoor terrace and would be a good place for some pre-dinner drinks during warmer weather. The evening offering was a (surprisingly good) selection of beers and some pretty generic red and white wine. Food was a small box of crudités, cheese cubes and meat with some very wilted lettuce on the bottom as garnish. The lettuce was so wilted/slimey that I checked the underside of the box and saw a label indicating it had been prepared 3 days before and was "expiring" that day.
The breakfast was... poor. Hours are extremely limited - 6:30 to 8:30 - and I arrived at 6:45 to a totally empty lounge. Empty as in no people, no food, no coffee. I figured I had maybe gotten the times wrong so I returned at 7:30 on my way out for the day. At that point they had started to set up the coffee station, some stale pastries and bread. The lounge attendant said there would be eggs "later on". I asked about the timing and they said that the chef hadn't shown up that morning - and that it wasn't the first time this had happened. I'm not sure why they needed a chef in order to put out some coffee urns... but it seems that everything falls apart when the chef isn't there to steer the ship

They also said that breakfast would still be finishing at 8:30 as scheduled (so guests would have maybe a 30 minute window if they were lucky enough to know what schedule the chef decided to keep that day).
Overall, a decent property for the rates they're charging right now (~$100-150) but not worth any more than that.
