What is the deal with the AA website and AA phone support?

How is it that a Platinum Pro is told they will get a call back in "more than four hours"????? HAHAHA

And the website has been terrible since the weekend, causing me to not be able to buy tickets when I'm trying to buy before the hold cancels.

Maybe AA needs to feed its hamsters more so they can stay running on the hamster wheel and keep AA tech running!
