Much better food on AF, in my opinion, based on one flight I took with each recently. Not quite as much privacy as the Suites maybe, but on a recent CDG-SFO flight the business cabin was also less than a third full, and picking a seat near the back I had noone around me for two rows / columns in any direction. AF has cheaper WiFi - 18 EUR for the whole flight.
