This smacks of fraud. If they are calling you there's no way they need all that info to verify. Maybe if the other way around. It sounds like they asked for all that so they could reset your password and log into your account, which is how they have your flight info. These scams frequently use emotions ("that agent was so depressed, he's going to be so happy") to catch you.
