Unfortunately, the only fee waived on award tickets on international flights is the $4.50 Passenger Facility Charges (per US departure airport -- a few US airports only have a $3.00 charge. $4.50 is the maximum allowed by law). It's the $9.00 in charges listed above. This is also waived on domestic awards. Additionally, there is a $4.50 per segment US Excise tax on domestic fares that is waived for awards. This leaves only the $5.60 each-way TSA tax on domestic awards, but international awards are stuck with all those other taxes and fees.
