I agree that GGL continue to offer excellent service. I do take the precaution of making a brew and having a fully charged phone battery before embarking on a call.
One tip - calling soon after 8pm (UK time) gets you to the front of the overseas call centre queue and may be worth a try. I have had some great service from them when making a fairly complicated family flight change recently.
I read in another thread about how GGL is hard to give up once you have had it for a while. The phone support is one of the reasons IMHO.
