Do anyone know, what the policy is, if you cancel a ticket paid for with a voucher.
I had a booking for may 2020. I canceled it and got a voucher (with 10% bonus) - valid for one year. In april 2021 the voucher was about expire, so I booked a new flight for march 2022 and paid with the voucher (plus a tiny bit for cash). But now i looks like i still can't travel do to COVID restrictions. On the QA website I can cancel my flight and request a voucher. But what will happen?
I guess the options would be:
I overlooked som rules, and i get no voucher back - the ticket value is lost (would really not be great)
I get my original voucher back, but when it was issued in may 2020, they were only valid for a year, so now its expired, and the value is lost (would also really not be great)
I get my original voucher back, and its extended to 2 year of validity from the original date of issue (so i would have until may 2022 to reuse it).
I get a new voucher valid for 2 years (would be great)
Have any one cancelled a flight paid for with a voucher?
