Does anyone know why you are unable to purchase Duty Free Cigarettes in advance for delivery on BA Flights between London and Dublin ?

You can avail yourself of the service on non domestic flights to most destinations but if you try to order on a Dublin Flight it comes up as "restricted item"

As we are out of the EU you can buy them at the Airport when travelling to Ireland but they are much cheaper via BA Highlife Shop ( when you can get them !!)
