I am going to sue them in the small claims court for damages and compensation.
Furthermore, I have written to Grant Shapps the minister for transport asking him to consider if they are fit and proper to run an airline.
Perhaps if the government starting imposing draconian fines of a £1,000,000 per day, British Airways would start treating their customers with the respect that they deserve and answer the calls ?
Dont fly with these cowboys,if there is any viable alternative.

I assume there is a deeper reason for wanting to sue them and ask for compensation? Unfortunately we’re all mostly in the same boat together with hold times and calls being disconnected.
If you have a complaint following a fight, the best thing to do is fill in the complaints form which can be found on their website.
I’m sure one of the experts can chime in here. I’d be interested if you can sue for being on hold and then disconnected?
