Hi

If you can use the egates (If you have a UK/US passport amongst others) and with no bags then 1hr might be possible but very tight (you have about a 5-10 min walk to the underground station via an underground passageway) 1.5hrs would be more comfortable.

The queue to get to the egates for passport control can vary but have not heard of massive delays at T3 as occasionally in the past has happened at T5 & T2. E gates will not ask for covid vaccine information ( airline will at check in). Also a UK PLF will need to be completed prior to arrival

PS on your way back you will need to take a taxi from T2/3 or a local bus to Bath road to get to the Renaissance as the hotel is on the other side of the runway from the central terminal area ( like virtually all hotels) where the underground and bus station are
