Booked lowest category double bed. Received lowest category twin bed.

How are the rooms?
New and fresh but cramped. The TV did not work properly.

How is the exec. lounge?

What was good and what was bad?
The good: The hotel has a new and fresh feeling about it. The location is also very good and very central.

The bad: No upgrade given. In fact I didn't even receive the room I booked. Sleep quality very low. Housekeeping is a mess. Some of the guests are very dodgy. And the hotel seems to be running a refugee/homeless shelter in some of its floors. The breakfast was very limited, not even worth the £20 paid. I also got stuck in the lifts twice and then had to climb the stars a few times.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Poor value. I would not return.
