You can purchase drinks at the rooftop bar if you don't show up within 30 minutes of closing time. Otherwise, you can purchase drinks at the bar in the lobby. Both venues have a small menu of snacks, which you can also purchase. The hotel doesn't believe in giving out free stuff to Globalists, as was explained to me in an email from the GM in response to a not-so-great review I posted after a not-so-great stay.
