Actually I think :D! has raised an important question - I don't think access would be allowed to any oneworld lounges in T3 as the OP isn't departing on a oneworld flight, but of course if they were heading for the Amex lounge or no.1 (PP) then that would be fine.
Although especially in that case, you need to consider whether it's worth the hassle. Whatever pay lounge is in T2 can't be that much of a step down from No1 surely?
