I can report that the restaurant here is still closed. Globalist recognition was nil- was upgraded to a high floor king but that was it in terms of elite recognition/benefits.

Unless you *have* to stay in Old Town Alexandria, the Grand Hyatt in DC (with club access) is a much better value imo.
