It’s physically possible to enter T3 after arriving in T3 as I followed the incorrect signs, nobody Challenged my T5 boarding card and I re cleared security and found myself at the airline connection desks. Whether you will be allowed to enter a lounge there is a different matter highly unlikely so not worth the risk.
