Lol, what the actual F? Did you report any of these on your post-checkout survey? Hyatt Corporate is pretty good with reimbursing you if you let them know how poor your stay went/didnt meet your expectations
Geez that sounds terrible. I was thinking of spending 1 night here over a weekend to tick off the because this Ziva was the lowest cost out of the rest.
But your report sounds like you got ripped off.

We rented Cabanas everyday and they were quite reasonable at 55.00 per day. Don't bother with the VIP package for 20.00 more as they give you a bottle of Yellowtail wine.
Weekends are not pleasant. A lot of weekend package travelers that are there to drink their weight in cheap drinks. Men in their 40-50's passed out on the sofa's in the lobby, stumbling drunks everywhere. During the week it was much better.
They were also filming new marketing ads while we were there and at least 4 different times we were asked to move as we were in the cameras and/or drones way.
We stayed on the club level and do not think it was worth it. The food was the same as served at the buffet and under correct temps. A few things here and there were fine, but really not worth it. Club level gives you premium spirits such as grey goose and at the adult pool that is what they did pour. At the beach cabana, who knows what we were served.
