Unless I’m misunderstanding something, this is kind of a dumb investment by Chase. All they’re doing essentially opening up 3 new PP lounges, so there is nothing exclusive or attractive about this to CSR customers… unless they severely limit PP access.
It gives Chase a toe in the water and likely didn't involve a massive investment as well as another benefit to offer while opening another battlefront with AMEX.
Both tactical and strategic.
