I am also deciding between the 2 (RC St.R) and only have enough points for now. Leaning towards RC as I like newer hard product and the overwater base room. Not sure if that's worth forgoing the free breakfasts which is probably $700 US for 5 days. Is there any options for half board?

The entire hard product here is incredible, I spent a long time deciding between this place and the St. Regis and feel like I made the right decision for my tastes. This is my first Maldives trip so difficult to judge service / wildlife etc. properly but so far I’m very happy. Will do a fuller review when I check out but already dreading when that day comes!
