Yes, it does. The two ITA flights are coded as DL 6589 and DL 6588. The disclaimer doesn't appear anywhere in my booking and only appears starting the other day when you search for tickets under the booking option. I know ITA might be bought by Lufthansa (Star Alliance), but I just found it weird that it all of a sudden appeared.
