Can anyone confirm whether or not the pilots made an intersection take-off?
If they did make am intersection takeoff, then of course the engines would be underpowered for the airstrip lengh available.
Had they started the take off roll using the full lengh of the strip, it would seem odd to me that they would be underpowered given their weight was within regulations, unless the balance was out.
Marc would be able to confirm or deny this, but I think it is highly unlikely that more than one engine would deliver anything less than full thrust.
