Definite newbie question: is there an easier way to check award-ticket availability – in particular on international partner flights – besides AS's own search engine? I'm trying to see if it's at all possible to fly r/t from any given point in the U.S. to CPT in J, but despite ostensibly offering award travel on eight different airlines from the continental U.S. to Africa, the only results I'm seeing are on QR (via DOH, of course). Even worse, they're priced at an absurd 280K miles! One-way! (And not on any QSuites-equipped flights!)

Even though it's listed in the left-hand column as an option, there's no availability I can see – at least on the dates I entered – on BA (even in Y), despite them having two LHR-CPT nonstops per day. Is there any way to check availability over, say, an entire month, with research results limited to a specific partner airline or class of service?
