BB is The Amex reloadable prepaid card which acts as a real bank debit card. The fees you may be referring to are only for these reloadable cards….as in Amex BB and Amex Serve as well as One Vanilla prepaid cards. They do have monthly fees if certain conditions are not met…but I have never seen a reloadable prepaid vgc/ncgc that have user fees per transaction. It’s been quite awhile since I’ve used these type cards so maybe now there are transaction fees.
