On my mid feb trip to SLC and Boston i fly Delta all over... i would fly klm and af as they are just 1 or 2 h less attractive in terms of hours and if i wanted ulti again really bad... but i dont...
I take the good things as positive (and they do surprise us sometimes) the non deliveries are just.... tja.... dont care. #consistency :-)
So i guess on me personally the program failed... no extra revenue from me anymore.
same for me , I do not push any more to fly on AF/KL.
As I travel mostly only J or F class at other carriers, I usually receive very good service.
With AF, J medium haul on board service has disappointed me too frequently recently.
I have purchased this week a ticket to BKK with LX ; AF was a No Go as they still use their 42J 77W bird for this destination, which is a KO criterium for me.
