Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? Just okay.

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? Booked city view king, no upgrade. Room was on a high floor facing west.

How are the rooms? Typical New York room; not tiny, not huge. Very firm mattress. Bathroom with walk in shower and good amount of counter space, so it didn't feel cramped.

How is the exec. lounge? n/a

What was good and what was bad? Location is good, between Penn Stn and Times Square. Rooms are pretty quiet and the price was right. Otherwise, their restaurant is closed so you have to go out for a hot breakfast. Elevators are extremely slow, with only two that both stop at every floor (36). No microwave in the room.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return? For the cheap rate it was a decent value but wouldn't waste points here. A return visit would depend on options at other nearby properties.
