Looking at an upcoming trip to Madrid on the IHG app, at 3 nights at any hotel, it says at the end that I am getting 20% off. At 4 nights it does not say that but the 4th night free kicks in and I basically get 25% off. So, does not look stackable for me with 2 IHG cards on the account.
