Can anyone help? I have done several POUGs before, so I thought I knew what I was doing.

I can see the return segment of my LCY-EDI-LCY trip has the 'star' showing in the app. I tap the star, and I'm taken out of the app into the BA website, into manage my booking. There is no option to upgrade at all here (on my phone, Apple iOS). Can anyone advise what I’m doing wrong? I can’t even see an option to upgrade for a fare difference.

[ADDITIONAL EDIT] I’ve now worked out how to upgrade for fare difference... is this the same route as POUG now? It all looks different to the last time I did this (which was years ago...)
