I think this connection is extremely risky. Last flight I had to MEX one week ago, it took 1 hour for the bags to come off the caroussel. That was after passing through immigration, which could easily take an hour as well. Then you have to switch terminals. I would be wary. MEX has become a third world airport.

One bright spot: you no longer have to fill out a departure health screening form, so that saves a bif of time.
