On major change I see in Spain is that many city rental locations near major train station has now a 25 euro premium location fee added to company leisure rate. At the end of 2021, I was seeing ridiculously daily rate of 150 euro/day without discount when my company's leisure rate knocks it down to 25 euro/day.
This premium location fee also apply to Free Day reservation.
