I take it this hotel isn’t great with upgrades? Night before and they moved me to a deluxe room and every category room is still available. Oh well I’m on a dirt cheap sale rate so I really can’t complain. I’ll easily get my monies worth even in the room I booked. Maybe has something to do with only having 40 nights last year since I moved my other 30 to Hyatt to snag globalist.
Just ask at reception, they are normally able to do something further. The rooms are pretty good sizes even in the DL category. Enjoy the lounge and pool.
