I'm not saying Hyatt would break trust, but these are not necessarily the safest hands to be controlling the chart.
I’d say they’re very safe hands.
Hyatt’s own terms state they can’t change the designation. They can mark those dates for future years those and mark them peak for the following year though.
It’s likely a fairly rare scenario though as Hyatt put a lot of time and money into designing the Peak, Off Peak and Standard calendar.
