Yes, this is for grocery cashback. If I am buying something at a grocery store and paying with a prepaid card, can I ask for $20-$40 cashback to be added to the purchase?
You are correct. There are prepaid cards which do charge per transaction, but I do not think that anyone on this forum ever considered these cards as a vehicle for MSing. I was not thinking about these rip off cards.
As far as getting cash back, the answer is yes. The BB Visa card will allow cash back at a grocery store or even WM. Go bank card, now obsolete, also acts like a true debit card in that you can get cash back at a grocery store when making a purchase.
