Quick update on this topic- Connected through DXB to Bangalore yesterday. No issues in Bangalore airport. All you need are Air Suvida documents (printed) and copy of the PCR report (72 hours prior US boarding). The stewardess on the plane announced that BLR does random tests, but I did not see anyone getting drawn for that on my flight. Hope this helps.
