I received the preorder notification about 3 days before my LAX-CLE flight last week. Choice of the latin chicken or polenta ragu. Once on board, the FA hopped all over the F cabin asking for meal preferences, presumably by status. He was describing the polenta ragu as "vegetarian chili" to other pax because he said he didn't know how else to describe it. (can't really blame him LOL). Maybe 10 or 12 orders in, he got to me (Plat on paid F ticket) and my coworker (no status on paid F ticket) and asked our preferences. We told him we already preordered and he replied with something about their phones not working right since they just got off a flight from Guatemala.
