FWIW - I asked the local South African travel agent (from African Travel Consultants) who booked our safari in Kruger for his perspective on Airlink's current reliability.

His response was:

"Airlink is very reliable and all their flights (the main ones) have been operating and on time. Nothing to worry about."

Not someone I have previous experience with, but at least a reassuring perspective.
