Hi NZ board,

Back in November, when the govt announced the home quarantine scheme, I booked flights to AKL for mid-February. Since my final destination is Northland, I also separately booked flights to WRE with a seat+bag fare.

Now of course all hell has broken loose, and I'm not so sure I'll travel on my current dates. Traveling with two young kids so MIQ is not really palatable. Still holding a bit of hope for March.

Is there any chance I could plead with NZ to have my current ticket AKL-WRE converted to credits? I'd argue that technically I'm impacted by border closures
Do I have any chance or would I hit a brick wall?
