I am sure they will adjust the rates. Based on current rates, it would be almost as expensive as FS Jumeirah or Mandarin Oriental, which is crazy.

i just checked early August (as off-peak as it gets) and the rate is 2100 AED (570$). Early December it is going for 6700 AED (1825$). That’s for the entry level room.
